Launch the Online Backup software then click on the wrench next to File and Folder Backup.
If you would like to keep the same backup selection and you only want to change the schedule, then click Next two times until you get to the Backup schedule and email reporting window.
Enable Back up automatically without user intervention. If you require a password to sign into your Windows account, enable the option Back up even when Windows user is not logged on.
Set the Frequency, Schedule, and Timing (the Schedule section does not need to be set if the Daily Frequency is set).
Click Finish after you have configured the schedule to complete the wizard.
Note: The computer must be on to allow the online backup schedule to start and complete. If the computer is off or in sleep mode, the online backup schedule will not be able to start. It will try to start again at the same schedule time when the computer is on.
