My client lost their encryption key, what can I do?

In that case, your client will not be able to access their data. For security reasons, not even our own support staff knows what this key is. If your client loses his/her encryption key and wants to install Mastermind Client a second time, for example, on a different computer or because your client has formatted his computer, your client will NOT be able to access their data. Please advise your client to always store their key in a safe place.
