I removed files from the backup server, then I decided I wanted to upload them again, but now the software isn t picking them all up. What can I do?

How can I verify my backups are running?

If the file no longer exist on the server but it is no longer being picked up by the Online backup application we may need to deselect the data source then re-add it.  Please see below.

1. Start the software
2. Click setup online backup
3. Uncheck the files you want to backup.
4. This will clear those particular files form the local database, next out to finish and close the application (uncheck run back up at the end of this wizard)
5. Then, open the software again
6. Click setup online backup
7. Recheck the files
8. Start the backup again.
