I'm not getting backup reports, how can I verify my backups are completing?

I would start off by verifying that the backups did run, to do so log into your account and then click on History of last 30 days under Reporting. Uploaded data info will be there.

https://dashboard.managedoffsitebackup.net/

If there is none then the backup didn't launch, if there is some activity this means the backup did run, but the report didn't generate because it either got interrupted or the mail was sent and it went to spam or was somehow blocked.

To check to see if is an issue with the mail going to spam or not being delivered you can test by running a backup and entering an email address from another domain like gmail to see if that is received. If it goes there then the issue is either your provider or your account settings.

If the backups are not completing then we will want to first check what version of the software you are running. If it is out of date that is likely the issue, and you will want to update the client to the latest release by using the link below. To check what version you are running go to Menu and click About.
