In order to assign a license login to the dashboard.

Under the Manage section click on View & Manage Licences
Click Assign Licenses and then enter the username of the account you wish to add the license to.
Select the License type by placing a check in the appropriate box and click Ok.
Your licence number will now be listed under the View & Manage Licences page. Please copy and paste this into the application in order to activate the licence.
