What does the message "Backup account overdrawn" mean?

You are getting this error to notify you that this specific account is overdrawn because the total space on the cloud for that account exceeds the total space allocated to the backup account. As a result, the data will no longer back up until this issue is rectified. You may resolve this simply by logging into your Partner Dashboard, and upgrading the user account to a plan size that will encompass the total space used.

If you have found that you are unable to upgrade your accounts further due to an insufficient space on the Partner Account, you may log in to the backup account and remove data manually or you may contact your account representative to purchase additional storage space.

If you are a Home or Business user without a dashboard, please reach out to our home/business sales department to upgrade if you do not wish to remove data from the cloud.
