Yes, it can be changed using the Mastermind client software:
Start the Mastermind client
Go to Menu -> Advanced Options
Select Email Backup Reports
Select the checkbox which says Send email reports at the end of backup
Enter the email address where you want the reports to be delivered in the text box below.
Click Save.
