When I try to view my files online, on some files the View option is grayed out and the message appears "File format is not supported by file content viewer" , why?

This issue occurs because the Web site does not support the file format of the file you are attempting to view.

By default, certain types of files can be opened in the preview view when you click on them from your myaccounts system online. Files which can not be viewed online must be recovered to the local machine then opened using the respective application.
